What I'm wearing..... Stripes & Sequins!!

I got this fab sequin jacket in the sale from Primark for only £5, it was a tad small but for that price I thought I'd squeeze myself in it. It's white with all over stripe sequin detail. I thought I'd dress it down for a daytime look rather than evening, which is when I would usually wear sequins. I teamed it with this denim stripey off the shoulder dress and silver sliders that were another bargain at only £3 from Primark. The dress is quite nautical so keeping with that theme I accessorised with a chunky anchor necklace and earrings. Finished off with my white backpack and cream wayfarers.

What I'm wearing.... Culottes & Crochet!!

A few weeks back I got these amazing crochet bralets from Primark, they had cream, coral and lime/yellow. I got the cream and yellow and at £5 they are an absolute steal and perfect for summer and festival season.

I adore anything bright lime/yellow so this top is right up my street. I also got these fab Paisley culottes from Primark for only £8. They go perfectly with the bralet and I adore the colours in them. Turquoise is another of my fave colours to wear so I've doubled up with two shades and wore a brighter turquoise blazer. I like to match so wore my lime bag and lime juju jellies, the perfect summer sandal. I accessoried with some layered chokers and heart shaped sunglasses.

Bumbag season is back!!!

So summer is my favourite time of year, it's not always sunny here in England but I like to make the most of it when it is. I also love the fact that it's festival season, unfortunately I can't go to all of them but this year I will be going to Glastonbury and Leeds festival. The perfect item for festivals is a bumbag, I often need a bag aswell as I carry alot of crap around, but it's great to keep your valuables safe and close to you. I do often use a bumbag just for day to day wear in summer as its nice to be hands free and it's much more acceptable to wear them on a day to day basis in summer.

I got this amazing one from primark last summer it's black and white with beading detail and Pom Pom zips. They did a fab range of these festival inspired pieces, I also got the clutch and backpack which I love and can't wait to bring back out this summer. I used the bumbag to jazz up a plain outfit and I think it does the job perfectly. I wore a cream lace oversized tee/dress with a cami dress underneath. With a vintage short sleeved blazer which I love, it's great for summer as it's a good cover up but has got short sleeves so it's not too warm and I adore the colour lime! The Palm tree jewellery is out again too, they actually go with everything I love them. Jazzing it up a little more I wore my holographic spice girl platforms, and some big black round sunglasses.

Summer Vibing!!!

Summer is officially on it's way so it's warmer days and more skin on show. I got these fab vintage shorts from Cow vintage last summer, they're great for summer days. They're also a great holiday/festival short, with their fun Aztec print. I also got this fab top from Cow in a neon pink, I think it's actually swimwear as its in the swimwear/Lycra material but doubles up as a great top. It could be mixed and matched with some bikini bottoms though. I love the zip detail to the front and the racer back. Although we have had some warm days it's not quite warm enough to ditch the jacket completely so I teamed them with a turquoise blazer. I love being matchy matchy so went for pink socks and turquoise sandals. I accessorised with my holographic backpack, giraffe print sunglasses and palm tree earrings. I love this outfit it's so fun and summery, I can't wait to start wearing more of my summer wardrobe, let's hope we actually get a proper summer!!
